Avocado Milkshake / Butter Fruit Milkshake


Avocado/Butter fruit milkshake is a  healthy and tasty milkshake.Avocado is a pear shaped fruit.It is rich in monounsaturated fats.This recipe is very simple.I used avocado with milk and sugar.


Ingredients:

Avocado/Butter fruit - 1
Cold milk -  3 cups
Sugar powder - 4 tbsp

Method:

1) Cut the avocado and scoop out the flesh.
2) Blend all ingredients until smooth.Adjust sugar.Serve it cool.
