Wheat Dosa / Easy Breakfast Recipe
Wheat dosa is very simple and easy to make breakfast.It is very healthy and prepared with only three ingredients.Wheat dosa is usually served with green peas masala,sambar,green peas curry or potato masala.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Water - as needed
Salt - to taste
Oil for applying on pan
Oil for applying on pan
Method:
1) In a bowl , mix together wheat flour and salt.Mix well.Add water to make a medium thick dosa batter.
2) Heat a tawa and pour a ladle of batter to the centre of the tawa.Then spread the batter with a circular motion,pour little oil,cook both sides and remove from pan.Serve hot.
